All Employers registered with the Compensation Fund, please note that the submission date for the 2021 Return of Earnings has been extended. The system will open from 01 April 2022 – 31 May 2022.

• Maximum earnings for period 1 March 2021 to 28 February 2022 – R506 473
• Maximum earnings on Provisional earnings for period 1 March 2022 – 28 February 2023 – R52 9264
• Minimum assessment payable – R1342.00
• No submission and non-payment will result in non-compliance and no letter of good standing will be issued.
